We have successfully helped 76% of students return to school, 100% of students avoid permanent exclusion and have an average attendance improvement of 52% for students enrolled with The Phoenix Project.
Why The Phoenix Project?
We understand that one size doesn’t fit all young people. We know there are many barriers that a young person can face that makes learning in a busy classroom, or attending a large school a daunting and difficult experience.
Through our online programmes, we work to support successful reintegration into face to face settings by combining personalised mentoring, emotional support, and engaging lessons in core subjects.
All of our teaching staff hold QTS and enhanced DBS certificates and we have a range of both secondary and primary trained teachers, allowing us to support students at different stages of learning.
As experienced senior education leaders, we understand the need for rigorous quality assurance, accountability and reporting. We build strong, positive relationships with our school partners and schools can be assured that we judge ourselves against DFE national standards and ensure we are compliant with OFSTED requirements for schools commissioning alternative education providers.

"We have worked with The Phoenix Project this year and it has had a really positive impact on the students who have been supported. The staff are highly trained and skilled in dealing with pupils with a range of social, emotional and academic barriers and their personalised approach has enabled our students to continue with their learning. We are looking forward to developing our partnership in the next academic year"
